This is a vintage RadioShack UHF/VHF/HDTV/FM HD Indoor Antenna (#15-1868) that provides excellent reception of VHF and UHF broadcast TV channels and FM radio stations in most listening locations.
You can connect the antenna's 75-ohm connector directly to your TV or FM receiver. New coaxial cable and new splitter included if you need them (see photos)
Note: Higher frequencies can be noticeably affected by obstructions. Select a clear mounting location indoors, on flat surface, high as possible, like on top of your TV. Make sure front of this antenna faces the general direction of nearest television or radio station's broadcasting antenna. Check to ensure this antenna is located away from obstructions such as metal cabinets or bookshelves.
Do not place this antenna near any metal surface such as a refrigerator, a metal door or wall, or a water pipe hidden behind a wall. This greatly reduces the antenna's ability to receive signals.
